Each player may hold only one pkrspan account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the device, mobile number, or household used — are prohibited. pkrspan reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances without prior notice.
All transactions on pkrspan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are supported. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise verified.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and pkrspan ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). pkrspan reserves the right to request proof of age from any member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by pkrspan support will result in account restriction until such documentation is received and approved.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active pkrspan account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, IP addresses, or household addresses — is strictly prohibited. pkrspan uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkrspan reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, pending withdrawals, or active bonuses without prior notice.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date throughout the lifetime of your pkrspan account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrspan login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. pkrspan will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. You must notify pkrspan support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
pkrspan supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted exclusively in PKR. pkrspan does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkrspan wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's end. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take between 1 and 4 business hours depending on interbank processing times. pkrspan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. The minimum deposit amount on pkrspan is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.
Withdrawal requests from verified pkrspan accounts are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC review. Withdrawals are disbursed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent qualifying deposit unless an alternative method has been approved by pkrspan's compliance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. pkrspan reserves the right to request additional identity and payment method verification before releasing any withdrawal, regardless of whether the account has previously completed the standard KYC process.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed where: (a) the account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; (b) KYC verification has not been completed to pkrspan's satisfaction; (c) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; or (d) the requested withdrawal amount exceeds the applicable daily or monthly withdrawal limit for the member's account tier.
Note on Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on pkrspan are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). pkrspan does not operate multi-currency accounts. Any reference to monetary amounts in these Terms and Conditions refers to PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.
pkrspan offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds or game contribution restrictions, expiry timeframes, and maximum withdrawal caps. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are set out on the relevant promotions page and must be read in conjunction with this general clause.
Bonus funds credited to your pkrspan account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games on pkrspan contribute equally to wagering requirements. pkrspan actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, coordinated wagering with other players, or using automated tools — constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
pkrspan reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Participation in any pkrspan promotion is voluntary. pkrspan is not obligated to offer any specific bonus or promotion, and the availability of promotional offers may vary by account status, location, or verification level.
All bets and wagers placed on pkrspan are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game, or product. These rules are published in the relevant sections of the pkrspan platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these general Terms and Conditions and a product-specific rule set, the product-specific rules will take precedence in relation to that product only.
pkrspan reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, accepted as a result of a technical fault or pricing error, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's pkrspan wallet. pkrspan's decision regarding the voiding or settlement of any bet is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
Cricket & PSL Betting: Cricket betting markets on pkrspan — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are subject to the laws of cricket as administered by the ICC and the PCB where applicable. Markets are settled according to the official match result. In the event of a match abandonment, suspension, or cancellation, pkrspan will apply the settlement rules published in the cricket betting section of the platform.
In accordance with international gaming compliance standards and anti-money-laundering obligations, pkrspan is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals and at other points during the account lifecycle as determined by pkrspan's compliance team.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the pkrspan platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any pkrspan content; use any pkrspan trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner without prior written consent; or scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the pkrspan website.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable international gaming compliance standards and governing law, pkrspan's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the pkrspan platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their pkrspan account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkrspan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the pkrspan platform; (b) unauthorised access to or alteration of your account; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered on it; (d) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in platform content; or (e) any third-party conduct, including payment processor delays or failures.
pkrspan does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond pkrspan's reasonable control may occasionally affect platform availability. pkrspan will endeavour to notify members of planned downtime in advance where practicable.
pkrspan collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and is available at pkrspan.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the pkrspan Privacy Policy.
Personal data provided by members — including CNIC details, contact information, payment method data, and transaction history — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of promotional communications where consent has been given. pkrspan does not sell personal data to third parties and will not share it with unaffiliated organisations except as required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.
pkrspan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkrspan will notify members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Your continued use of the pkrspan platform after the effective date of any revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using pkrspan and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the international gaming compliance framework under which pkrspan operates. In the event of any dispute between a member and pkrspan arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the pkrspan support channels.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, pkrspan will refer the matter to its designated independent dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable gaming compliance standards. pkrspan's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, and the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions are final and binding, subject only to the independent dispute resolution process described above.
